WWW Wednesday - July 6th 2011

WWW Wednesday is a event that takes place at  Should Be Reading Blog

To play along, just answer the following three (3) questions…
• What are you currently reading?
• What did you recently finish reading?
• What do you think you’ll read next?

WHAT I AM CURRENTLY READING:
The Fairy Godmother (Five Hundred Kingdoms)The Fairy Godmother (Five Hundred Kingdoms) by Mercedes Lackey
This book is really a different take on the fairy tale Cinderella so far I am liking it alot.

Verita (Verita Trilogy)Verita (Verita Trilogy) by Tracy Rozzlynn
This is Sci Fi which is a genre I am finding I like more then I thought I would.

So far I found most of this eye opening but I don't know if it is going to have a real effect on my eating habit. Something has got to give though.

This is one of Hubbard's mystery's .  I haven't actually started just yet so I don't know how it is going to be I have never read anything by him.

WHAT I JUST FINISHED:
All the different My America and Dear America always seem so dark and end sadly.  This one isn't as sad because it is book one but still our history is so dark sometimes.

WHAT I WILL READ NEXT:

The Great GatsbyThe Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald
I read this once before when I was very young and hated it.  I don't remember any of it and I heard the vlogbrothers are reading it so I thought why not try it again now.

No Future For You (Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season Eight, Volume 2)No Future For You (Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season Eight, Volume 2) by Brian K. Vaughan and Joss Whedon
I bought the second volume at Wizard World Comic Con and decided to read this part of the comic again.

Wow you have a few books that you are currently reading. The most I can ever handle at one time is two. Good effort :)

Verita looks interesting and I love the color (purple always appeals to me).

Are the Mercedes Lackey books good? I've been wanting to read some of hers for a while now just haven't done it yet

Ooh, I really liked The Fairy Godmother. Although I confess I like Mercedes Lackey best when she teams up with Andres Norton -- if you want more of her, check out the Halfblood Chronicles (starts with Elvenbane. Happy Wednesday!

Mercedes Lackey is a favorite, I love her Valdemar series! I haven't read this one yet, but I do want to! Verita has a fantastic cover, I'm such a sucker for a neat cover!

Thanks for stopping by my WWW!

I liked Women, Food and God, even though much was common sense. It wasn't preachy either.

This and Roth's other books have changed my way of thinking about food and spirituality. This book is total sanity and has come along at just the right time when so many people like myself who struggle with food and weight as well as being spiritual seekers are looking for guidance.
