Review - Alice the Fairy

Summary: Little adorable Alice is just a temporary fairy but one day plans to learn to be a permanent fairy.

My Thoughts: This is probably one of my favorite picture books. It is so cute. I suppose it is not really a book for boys but David Shannon has his other book series No, David. Alice the Fairy is a single book not part of a series, although I can hope for more can't I? This story show just how imaginative a child can be. Defiantly recommend for ages 3 to 7 years old.

About the Author: David Shannon has been author and illustrator to many children books. He grew up in Washington D.C. but currently lives with his wife in Los Angeles.

We read this book as part of my daughter's book club this summer. It really was a cute book and the girls loved it.

My son has been read the No, David books at school and comes home to tell me about them everyday.

Awwww. She's so cute!

This looks like something my 3-1/2 year old would enjoy.
