Benny the Balloon has a birthday party for himself. He invites all his colorful balloon friends.

The cover page makes the book looks like a good time you don’t want to miss. The story is not bad it is pretty simple probably better for younger children.

I think the title is a little misleading. They are balloons but they are not really looney unless you count the way they are drawn which is like an upsidedown balloon. This bugs me a little.

The story is cute as is the art. This will probably be liked by toddlers learning colors.
