Shannon’s Thoughts:

It is really hard to review a book that is teaching you with pictures step by step on what to do.  How to draw books are another example of that but here I am talking about an exercise book.   Chinese Healing Exercises is a book filled with loads of different exercises for different ailments.

The difficulty of the exercises vary.  Most of the time the difficult exercises are mixed with the easier stretches.  I think anyone who is a Yoga or Tai Chi fan will be satisfied with the different poses.

The only thing is if you are out of shape and your body does not want to stretch the simple or hard postures like they us to.  As I said for most of the exercises you have a mixture difficulty.  For myself I tried looking for exercises that I could work my way up to hard.   I thought maybe there would be exercises just on a chair but really not much of that.

I think that for those that are young and still flexible, the exercises will be helpful. Or maybe look through the book and pick your own poses to practice. Everyone has there own limit mine is not the same as yours.
