Booking Through Thursday - Book Not Coming to Theatres Soon!

btt button
And–the reverse of last week’s question. Name one book that you hope never, ever, ever gets made into a movie (no matter how good that movie might be).

That is a hard question.  I guess I would have to answer it with any book that I did like and gave 2 or 1 star too. I don't to bash any books by naming them because I have already reviewed some that I can think of  and I hate giving that 2 or 1 star but I have to be honest.    I can't really think of any good books that I would not hope to see as a movie because if they are good they play as movies in my head so putting them on screen is usually a bonus.

Sometimes I don't like how a movie will overtake my imagination when I read the book. I usually try to read books first before I watch the movie!

I usually have an idea of how books would play out in my head. Which is why watching the movies can be hard sometimes.

I'm the opposite. If I like a book soooooo much I usually hate seeing it made into a movie.

Books in my head are so different than books on the screen. Take Water for Elephants, for example. I loved the book, the romance was lovely. On the screen it was sort of blaach! Now I'll have to reread the book to put the pictures back into place.
