This is my version of Mrs. Abernathy from the books by John Connolly called the The Samuel Johnson Stories.
Mrs Abernathy is a high level demon who tried to take over the world as understand it in the first book the Gates, so she took the form of a human (left). I think the one on the right is what her natural form is suppose to look like.
