Teaser Tuesday - The Greentail Mouse

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
  • Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
The Greentail MouseThe Greentail Mouse by Leo Lionni
"Little by little they forgot that they were sweet, harmless mice. They forgot about Mardi Gras and singing and dancing and being joyful."

I haven't seen this Leo Lionni. I'll have to add it to my library order. My teasers this week are from Shine by Lauren Myracle and Creed's Honor by Linda Lael Miller. Happy reading!

Looks like a fun read. As a child, I always loved books about mice for some reason - I guess because they're furry and teensy. Good teaser!

Here's my teaser for this week.

Mice are sweet and harmless? I don't think so.
