So, what do YOU do when you find yourself in a reading slump? How do you get out of it? Do you keep trying different books until you find one that draws you in? Do you just give in to the slump until it passes, and do something other than reading for a time? Do you ask for help? And, if you ask for help, what great (or, not so great) advice have you been given on how to get out of the slump?
When I get into a reading slump I do sometimes try to read more then one book but then I usually start feeling overwhelmed and stop reading. Yep I just stop reading a take a break. Breaks are good especially when you have sleep eye tired days ...like me today... *yawn*

I just push on and finish the yucky book and then make sure the next one is a goodie!
I have an award for you. Come visit me.
When I get into a reading slump, which fortunately isn't often, I head to the library and take out a Ruth Rendell mystery and she fixes me up every time. I love that woman!! Linda/CT
This use to help. Then I had a run of not so interesting books and that really brought me down!
